Creating a hurricane may seem distructive but it not this one.
To be able to create this simulated hurricane you will just need a few things!
A large bowl
Water
Food coloring
A spoon
Fill the bowl about half way for two thirds full of water.
Then using the spoon stir the water, in circles, for about 30 seconds.
Next take the spoon out and add a few drops of food coloring to the middle of the bowl.
Lastly, watch what happens!
(Authors note: This one was a quick experiment so we did it a couple of times as well as looked up hurricanes online to see how they matched.)
