Step 1: Cut out bookmark template from a regular sheet of paper. Trace and cut out of the sturdy paper you are using. You can use cardstock, scrapbook paper, or foam paper. We used foam paper.
Step 2: Cut out two pieces of clear contact paper. Make the second sheet slightly larger.
Step 3: Peel off the backing tape and leave the smaller sheet sticky side up onto work surface.
Step 4: Gently stick on the bookmark border. Sprinkle on the confetti!
Step 5: Peel off the backing from the second sheet of contact paper and carefully stick it to the first one.
Step 6: Cut out the bookmark to finish!
