Some of the easiest cookies to make with your children are those that use cake mix. That is because when you use the cake mix you only need about three other ingredients. More if you want to add sprinkles and decoration.
Peanut Butter Cookies:
1 Box yellow cake mix
2 Eggs
1 Cup Peanut Butter
½ Cup Vegetable Oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients until dough is formed. Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet.
Then do that crisscross thing with the fork on top of the cookies. Bake for about 10-12 minutes. Let them cool, then enjoy!
Strawberry Cookies:
1 Box Strawberry Cake Mix
½ Cup softened butter
1 Egg
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Mix the cake mix and butter together, then add the egg. Roll into a ball and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool, then enjoy!
For these we made around Valentine’s day and rolled them in red sprinkles before we put them on the baking sheet.
