The Truth About Kindness In 3 Little Words

You know what being kind is. We learn this from a very early age through our parents, teachers, friends, siblings, and many more people along our journey of life. So why is it so hard to see the people in the world who are being kind? Because being kind isn't about fame.


It isn't about showing off or being rewarded. It is about genuinely caring about another something other than yourself. It is about giving because you want to, and not because you have to. It starts with the heart. There are 3 little words that get down to the truth about kindness. The 3 little words that I have always lived my life by: LOVE ONE ANOTHER.



I grew up in a Christian home where we attended church every Sunday morning and attended youth group every Sunday night. We went to summer camps and bible schools. LOVE ONE ANOTHER was a staple in the teachings of Jesus. But it doesn't matter if you are Christian, Buddhist, Muslim, or even atheist, these truth about being kind comes down to those 3 little words. So why is this important to you? Why do you need to know the truth about kindness? Because the world is an ever-changing place. Love and compassion are the lifelines of human connection and evolution.


Sadly the bulk of our day gets inundated with negative news and people complaining online. But if we want to make the world a better place, we need to live by those 3 little words: LOVE ONE ANOTHER. How do we change the world? Well... it starts at home. It begins with you. Teach your children the simple act of being kind for the sake of being kind.
